Blue Ribbon Sushi (New York City)

I went to Blue Ribbon, a sushi restaurant in soho for lunch with a friend. I really liked this place. It’s under what looks like a residential building a few streets away from the main street in soho. The vibe in there was super cozy, as it was a small area but not too small. All the food was served on these boards which were super cool and different I thought. I had the spicy tuna crispy rice which was probably the best I have ever had, and I also had the salmon avocado rolls which were super good. I loved it and will definitely be returning.
