Uchiko

I first went there with some friends from school and loved it. Japanese is my favorite cuisine at the moment. I went back with my family, my brother was visiting from college and I knew he would enjoy this place. At Uchiko in Sunset Harbor, we ordered the spicy tuna crispy rice, the p-38 roll, the spicy crunchy salmon roll, the wood fired edamame, shrimp karage, and the pork belly. All of these items I couldn’t recommend enough. The rolls are super unique and each comes with their own sauce which matches super well. The wood fired edamame was also like none I’ve ever eaten before. Everything was delicious and I 100% recommend.
